We will educate our patients about the full range of products and procedures that are appropriate to their specific situation and condition. We believe that patients have the right to be fully informed in order to make good decisions about their care and the options they wish to pursue.
We will offer the most effective product and service options available, from conventional to innovative. We believe that patients deserve the best that the industry has to offer at any point in time and at every level of technology.
We will give one hundred percent of our best effort to each patient. We believe that whatever options the patient may select, the service should be provided in the optimal fashion, with attention to the smallest details. We will work with our patients to the limits of their perseverance.
We will enhance our profession by achieving optimal, evidence-based structural and functional outcomes for those we serve. We believe that supporting and strengthening our profession can improve the lives of those in the broader community.
We are committed to continual quality improvement. The community and patients we serve will judge our success. We are directly accountable to the community, our referral sources, and ultimately our patients who allow us to help with their care.
In most circumstances, many options exist for helping in a specific situation. Our focus is on the custom fabrication of lower extremity orthoses (braces) and prostheses (artificial limbs).
We will do our best in providing the needed services or facilitate a different resource for the person needing help.
